This elaborate mansion was built in 1901 by Alfred and Elizabeth McCune, and cost over $500,000 to build. It has expensive features that were imported from around the world.

Jesse N. Smith was one of the first settlers of Parowan, a town in southern Utah. He finished building this two-story home in 1858 using baked adobe, quarried rock, and timber.

Located in Ephraim, a town in central Utah, this Queen Anne style home was built in 1897. The scale of this home is quite large compared to standard homes in this area, in that period.

Andrew J. Warner had this home built for him in 1890. An excellent example of the Queen Anne architectural style, this home in Ogden, Utah now serves as a private residence.

The building of this home, located in Kanab, Utah, was started in 1884. William Derby Johnson’s home was eventually renovated to be the first hotel in Kanab by 1900.
